In this crossover event, the Kamen Rider Club learns that the Dai-Zangyack fleet, commanded by Captain Marvelous who has declared himself their Great Emperor, is heading toward Earth. Captain Marvelous has gathered numerous revived villains from the Super Sentai series and aims to seize the Great Power of the Kamen Riders, known as the "Ultimate Treasure in the Universe." At the same time, Tsukasa Kadoya reclaims his position as the Great Leader of the Dai-Shocker organization and enlists former enemies of the Kamen Riders to launch an attack against the Super Sentai teams, setting the stage for a conflict between these heroic groups and their adversaries.
Detailed Synopsis of Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Wars
The Kamen Rider Club discovers that the Dai-Zangyack fleet is moving towards Earth, led by Captain Marvelous as their Great Emperor. With many revived Super Sentai villains under his command, Captain Marvelous plans to obtain the Great Power of the Kamen Riders which is said to be "Ultimate Treasure in the Universe". Meanwhile, Tsukasa Kadoya becomes the Great Leader of Dai-Shocker once again and recruits past enemies of the Kamen Riders to take down the Super Sentai teams.
