The Host

In a future where parasitic aliens invade Earth by implanting their souls into human hosts, Melanie Stryder becomes one such host. However, instead of following the alien race's plan to control humanity, the parasite, who is later named Wanda, develops a unique connection with Melanie. Together, they work to protect and assist other humans who have managed to remain free from alien control.
