Following their victory over their longtime enemy, The Shredder, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have drifted apart and are no longer as close as they once were. Their mentor and rat sensei, Splinter, is concerned about their growing distance and tries to keep the family united. Meanwhile, unusual events start occurring throughout New York City, causing Splinter to worry that new threats may be emerging.
