In the American West, a group of Texas Rangers pursue a gang of outlaws led by Butch Cavendish, but the gang ambushes the Rangers and appears to kill them all. One Ranger survives and is discovered by Tonto, a Native American who cares for him and helps him recover. After regaining his strength, the Ranger adopts a mask and rides a white horse named Silver. Together with Tonto, he works to stop Cavendish's gang and other criminals, seeking justice across the frontier.
Detailed Synopsis of The Lone Ranger
The Texas Rangers chase down a gang of outlaws led by Butch Cavendish, but the gang ambushes the Rangers, seemingly killing them all. One survivor is found, however, by an American Indian named Tonto, who nurses him back to health. The Ranger, donning a mask and riding a white stallion named Silver, teams up with Tonto to bring the unscrupulous gang and others of that ilk to justice.
