The Black Dahlia

Set in 1940s Los Angeles, the story follows two former boxers who have become police officers. As they investigate the murder of a young woman trying to make it as an actress, they encounter various challenges including corruption within the police force, encounters with self-absorbed individuals, the discovery of illicit films, and complicated family issues, all of which complicate their pursuit of the killer.
