Silent Rage

In a small town in Texas, a man struggling with mental illness begins a violent killing spree before being shot and critically injured by the local police. In an effort to save his life, doctors administer an experimental serum that unexpectedly revives him with enhanced physical strength. As the man becomes more dangerous, the town's sheriff takes on the responsibility of tracking him down to stop the threat he now poses to the community.
