In South Korea, agents Ryu and Lee from the secret intelligence service O.P. are tasked with stopping a dangerous threat after North Korea's 8th Special Forces hijack a shipment of CTX, a powerful new liquid explosive. The North Korean operatives use this to pressure South Korea as part of a plan to reunify the two countries by force. As Ryu and Lee work to locate the terrorists and recover the CTX, they face additional challenges when Hee, a skilled female sniper from the 8th Special Forces with a personal history involving Ryu, reappears to disrupt their efforts and cause further chaos.
