Secret Sunshine

After the death of her husband, Shin-ae relocates to his hometown in an attempt to start over. She struggles to adjust to the quiet, ordinary life there and feels out of place among the locals. When a sudden tragedy strikes, she seeks comfort in Christianity, hoping it will help her cope with her grief. However, as she faces challenges that test her faith, Shin-ae begins to question and confront God, leading to an intense personal struggle.
