Frank McGuire, an experienced diver, has spent several months exploring the Esa-ala Caves in the South Pacific. During one dive, a sudden flash flood blocks their exit, trapping Frank, his 17-year-old son Josh, and their team, which includes their financier Carl Hurley. With their supplies running low, they are forced to change their plans and carefully navigate through a complex underwater cave system in an effort to find another way out and survive.

Master diver Frank McGuire has explored the South Pacific's Esa-ala Caves for months. But when his exit is cut off in a flash flood, Frank's team—including 17-year-old son Josh and financier Carl Hurley are forced to radically alter plans. With dwindling supplies, the crew must navigate an underwater labyrinth to make it out.
