Manson Law, a well-known stockbroker in Hong Kong, is seriously injured in a car accident. When the police, led by Inspector Jack Ho, investigate the crash site, they find a military surveillance device among the wreckage. At the same time, Joe Szema, a skilled wiretapper, is working on a complex plan aimed at exposing the secretive financial group known as the Landlord Club.
