Ah Bu, a young woman from a small fishing village in Taiwan, discovers a glass bottle containing a romantic message. Motivated by this, she travels to Hong Kong in search of the man she believes to be her destined love, Albert. Upon meeting him, she learns that Albert is gay, which changes her expectations. However, she soon encounters Chi Wu, a charming man who captures her interest. Meanwhile, Ah Bu's boyfriend from Taiwan arrives in Hong Kong to find her, leading to a series of events that bring both the romantic developments and conflicts back to her hometown in Taiwan.
