Fusé: Memoirs of a Huntress

Hamaji, a young huntress living in the mountains near Edo during the shogunate era, becomes involved in a conflict when the shogun issues a bounty on the Fusé, a group of human-dog hybrids accused of killing innocent people in the city. Alongside her brother, Hamaji sets out to capture the Fusé, but her perspective changes after she accidentally befriends one of these creatures. This new relationship forces her to navigate the tension between her role as a skilled, independent huntress and the more vulnerable, compassionate side of herself that emerges through her friendship.
