During World War II, German forces acquire the immortal heart of Frankenstein's monster and send it to a laboratory in Hiroshima, Japan, to keep it from falling into Allied hands. The heart appears to be lost when the United States drops an atomic bomb on Hiroshima, destroying much of the city and the lab. Several years later, a wild boy is found wandering alone in the ruins of the city; he is revealed to have been born from the immortal heart, connecting him to Frankenstein's monster.

Detailed Synopsis of Frankenstein Conquers the World

During WWII, Germans obtain the immortal heart of Frankenstein's monster and transport it to Japan to prevent it being seized by the Allies. Kept in a Hiroshima laboratory, it is seeming lost when the United States destroys the city with the atomic bomb. Years later a wild boy is discovered wandering the streets of the city alone, born of the immortal heart.
