Downsizing

In a near-future setting, an occupational therapist decides to undergo a medical procedure that reduces his size to about four inches tall. He and his wife choose this path in hopes of lowering their environmental impact while also improving their financial situation, aiming to live comfortably in a downsized community designed for miniature people.
