Yours, Mine & Ours

Admiral Frank Beardsley returns to New London to lead the Coast Guard Academy, preparing for a likely promotion to head the Guard. As a widower with eight children, he maintains a structured household focused on discipline and order, but his children desire a stable home life. Helen North, a creative designer and Frank's high school sweetheart, has ten children who live in a lively, unstructured environment filled with affection. When Frank and Helen reconnect at a reunion, they quickly rekindle their relationship and marry soon after. However, blending their two large families proves challenging as the disciplined Beardsley children and Helen's free-spirited kids struggle to coexist. Eventually, the children, divided by their different upbringings, unite in an effort to bring their parents' marriage to an end.
