After Chris collides with a vehicle carrying several other young people, the group finds themselves stranded in the remote forests of West Virginia. As they try to find their way out, they discover they are being pursued by three severely disfigured mountain men, whose appearance is the result of many generations of inbreeding, and who turn out to be cannibals.

Chris crashes into a carload of other young people, and the group of stranded motorists is soon lost in the woods of West Virginia, where they're hunted by three cannibalistic mountain men who are grossly disfigured by generations of inbreeding.
