One year after a supermoon triggered a dormant gene that turned humans into violent werewolves, resulting in nearly a billion deaths worldwide, the threat returns as the supermoon rises again. Two scientists, who previously tried and failed to stop the mutation, now face the challenge of surviving and making their way to one of their family homes amid the renewed chaos.
