Julian Michaels has created a high-end resort called VICE, where guests can indulge in their deepest fantasies with artificial beings that appear and behave like real humans. When one of these artificial beings gains self-awareness and manages to escape the resort, she becomes trapped in a dangerous situation involving Julian's hired mercenaries and a determined police officer who is committed to closing down VICE and ending the associated violence.

Julian Michaels has designed the ultimate resort: VICE, where anything goes and the customers can play out their wildest fantasies with artificial inhabitants who look, think and feel like humans. When an artificial becomes self-aware and escapes, she finds herself caught in the crossfire between Julian's mercenaries and a cop who is hell-bent on shutting down Vice, and stopping the violence once and for all.
