After failing to capture the terrorist responsible for a deadly attack in Paris, which resulted in many casualties, CIA agent Alice Racine is reassigned to London to work as a caseworker. Her former mentor contacts her unexpectedly, asking her to return to active duty when the CIA uncovers intelligence indicating that another terrorist attack is about to happen. As Alice investigates, she realizes that the sensitive information she has uncovered has been leaked, complicating the effort to prevent the attack.
