Universal Soldier: Regeneration

In response to a terrorist threat involving a potential nuclear disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, authorities decide to bring back Luc Deveraux, a former Universal Soldier who had been decommissioned. After being rearmed and reprogrammed, Deveraux is tasked with stopping the terrorists. During his mission, he faces his old enemy from the original Universal Soldier program, as well as a new, advanced Universal Soldier model that proves to be extremely difficult to defeat.
