Jim Hawkins, a cabin boy on a space galleon, finds a map that leads to a legendary treasure known as the "loot of a thousand worlds." Along the way, he teams up with John Silver, a cyborg cook, who helps him learn how to navigate dangerous space phenomena like supernovas and storms as they travel together in search of the treasure.
