Phillip, a wealthy man living in a New York penthouse, is left quadriplegic and requires assistance with his daily activities. To help manage his care, he hires Dell, a man recently released from prison who is working to rebuild his relationship with his ex-girlfriend and their young son. Although they come from very different backgrounds, the two men gradually develop a genuine friendship as they navigate their personal challenges together.
