The Tenants Downstairs

After unexpectedly inheriting an apartment building, a man with little ambition decides to rent out the units to a diverse group of tenants. Among them are a passionate gymnastics instructor, a socially awkward college student, a single father raising his young daughter, a gay couple, a writer, and an attractive female office worker. As these residents begin their lives under the same roof, their interactions lead to a series of unfolding events that reveal the complexities of their relationships and personal struggles.
