Quick Synopsis
In 1930s Los Angeles, a stunt pilot named Cliff Secord discovers a secret prototype jetpack that allows him to fly. As he learns to use this new technology, he becomes a target for dangerous criminals and spies who are determined to steal the jetpack for their own purposes. With the help of his friends, Cliff must protect the jetpack and prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.
