The Post

Set in the early 1970s, the film follows the efforts of Katharine Graham, the first female publisher of The Washington Post, and Ben Bradlee, the paper's determined editor, as they work together to expose a government cover-up involving classified documents that spanned the administrations of four U.S. Presidents. Facing intense pressure from the government and legal challenges, they fight to publish the Pentagon Papers, highlighting the conflict between the press and the government.
