Forty years ago, several families vanished near the remote Jolly Monkey motel. In the present day, the current owners' family gathers at the motel to decide its future. During their stay, members of the family are attacked and killed one after another by an individual disguised as the motel's mascot, forcing the survivors to find a way to escape.

40 years ago, families disappeared near the isolated Jolly Monkey motel. Today, the family of the owners return to discuss what to do with the place. One by one they are killed by a someone dressed as the motel's mascot and need to escape.
