The Happiness of the Katakuris

The Katakuri family has recently opened a guest house in a remote mountain area, hoping to start a new business. Their plans take a dark turn when their first guest unexpectedly commits suicide, and to avoid legal issues, they decide to secretly bury him in their backyard. The situation becomes even more complicated when their second guest, a well-known sumo wrestler, dies during an encounter with his underage girlfriend. As more guests meet untimely deaths, the family struggles to manage the growing number of bodies buried behind their house, leading to increasingly difficult and chaotic circumstances.
