Kermit the Frog and Fozzie Bear, working as newspaper reporters, travel to London to interview Lady Holiday, a wealthy fashion designer. During their visit, Lady Holiday's valuable diamond necklace is stolen. While there, Kermit develops a romantic interest in Lady Holiday's secretary, Miss Piggy. When the thieves strike again, they falsely accuse Miss Piggy of the crime. Kermit and the other Muppets then work together to uncover the truth and prove Miss Piggy's innocence by catching the real criminals.

Kermit and Fozzie are newspaper reporters sent to London to interview Lady Holiday, a wealthy fashion designer whose priceless diamond necklace is stolen. Kermit meets and falls in love with her secretary, Miss Piggy. The jewel thieves strike again, and this time frame Miss Piggy. It's up to Kermit and Muppets to bring the real culprits to justice.
