In this story, a piano player meets a beautiful and voluptuous woman and falls deeply in love with her. Through an unusual and unexplained process, she causes him to become paralyzed, unable to move, but with a constant physical condition that affects him permanently. Over time, he grows tired of living in this state, and she eventually lifts the paralysis. However, as their relationship progresses, she becomes bored and decides to leave him.
