Quick Synopsis
After Steven, who has recently become single, moves into a new apartment, a cable installer named Chip arrives to set up his service. Chip quickly becomes overly involved in Steven's life, insisting on being his friend. When Steven tries to distance himself from Chip, Chip's behavior turns disturbing as he starts to stalk Steven. Steven struggles to deal with this situation alone because others find it hard to believe that Chip could act this way.

When recently single Steven moves into his new apartment, cable guy Chip comes to hook him up—and doesn't let go. Initially, Chip is just overzealous in his desire to be Steven's pal, but when Steven tries to end the 'friendship', Chip shows his dark side. He begins stalking Steven, who's left to fend for himself because no one else can believe Chip's capable of such behaviour.
