The Breakfast Club

In a suburban high school, five students from diverse backgrounds—John, a rebellious teenager; Claire, a popular girl; Allison, a socially isolated student; Brian, an academically focused boy; and Andrew, an athlete—are assigned to spend a Saturday in detention supervised by a strict principal. Throughout the day, they share their personal stories and struggles, which helps them understand each other beyond their stereotypes. By the end of their time together, their perspectives on themselves and their school experience have changed, leaving them to wonder if their relationships and school life will be different moving forward.
