Quick Synopsis
In the film, the Borg, a persistent group of cyborg beings, head straight toward Earth with the intention of assimilating it. Despite orders to avoid engagement, Captain Picard and the crew of the newly launched USS Enterprise E decide to follow the Borg through time. Their goal is to stop the Borg from altering the history of the Federation and taking over the galaxy by preventing their past actions.
