In Los Angeles, a dangerous bomber plants an explosive device on a city bus, threatening to detonate it if the bus slows down below fifty miles per hour. As the bus driver and passengers realize the threat, they must find a way to keep the bus moving at high speed to survive while authorities work to resolve the crisis.
