Quick Synopsis
Joe Gardner, a middle school music teacher passionate about jazz, finally lands a chance to perform at the Half Note Club. However, right after his successful audition, he experiences an accident that causes his soul to separate from his body. His soul is taken to the You Seminar, a place where souls prepare for life by discovering their interests and passions before being sent to a newborn child. To return to his body on Earth, Joe teams up with other souls in training, including 22, a soul who has been stuck at the seminar for a very long time and is reluctant to begin life on Earth.
Detailed Synopsis of Soul
Joe Gardner is a middle school teacher with a love for jazz music. After a successful audition at the Half Note Club, he suddenly gets into an accident that separates his soul from his body and is transported to the You Seminar, a center in which souls develop and gain passions before being transported to a newborn child. Joe must enlist help from the other souls-in-training, like 22, a soul who has spent eons in the You Seminar, in order to get back to Earth.
