Quick Synopsis
Tiffany, Charlie, and Vernon are a group of con artists who want to move beyond their usual small-time scams. They plan to challenge Dean "The Dean" Stevens, a famous cardsharp, by setting up a rigged card game to beat him. To get the entry money needed for this high-stakes game, they team up with another criminal, Larry Jennings, to scam a local gangster. However, this plan quickly leads to trouble as dealing with the gangster proves to be more dangerous than they expected.
Detailed Synopsis of Shade
Tiffany, Charlie and Vernon are con artists looking to up the ante from their typical scams. They figure a good way of doing this is taking down Dean "The Dean" Stevens, a well-known cardsharp, in a rigged game. However, they first need enough money to enter a game with Stevens, so they decide to strike a deal with fellow crook Larry Jennings to scam a local gangster -- which turns out to be a bad idea.
