Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary

Mitsumasa Kido finds a mysterious baby girl in the Himalayas and decides to adopt her as his granddaughter. Sixteen years later, Saori Kido, now a young woman, struggles to understand her unusual powers. When an assassin attempts to kill her, she is rescued by Seiya, a young warrior. Saori soon discovers that she is the reincarnation of the goddess Athena, and Seiya is one of her Saints, warriors sworn to protect her. Realizing her true identity and the danger she faces, Saori travels to the Sanctuary to confront the Pope, who is plotting to kill her.
