Hinako, a college student passionate about surfing, relocates to a quiet coastal town to pursue her interests. Shortly after settling in, a fire erupts in her apartment building, and Minato, a firefighter who arrives to control the blaze, saves her from danger. Following this event, Hinako and Minato develop a romantic relationship as they get to know each other in the seaside community.
