In a city where corruption is widespread, a broker acts as an intermediary, arranging large payoffs between dishonest corporations and the people who pose threats to them. He has always followed a strict set of rules to keep his work efficient and safe. However, when a new client approaches him asking for protection to survive against powerful enemies, the broker finds himself forced to break his own rules to help this person stay alive.
