Daniel, a former CIA agent who has become a sexual predator, uses his wealth and advanced technology to target women without their knowledge. He orchestrates the prison escape of two infamous rapists known as "Rain Killer" and "Tuen Mun Rapist," then brings them to his basement where he has imprisoned two women. Daniel plans to assault these women and later focuses on Kwan Shi-han, a romance novelist living nearby, but first attacks her friend Icy, a movie star. Meanwhile, the police, struggling to find leads, turn to a man called "The Human Milk Drinking Doctor," a former offender who now works as a projectionist at a pornographic theater and tries to control his urges, hoping he can help solve the case.

CIA agent turned sexual predator Daniel (Ben Ng) uses his wealth and collection of high-tech gadgets to prey on unsuspecting women. After arranging for the prison breakout of notorious rapists "Rain Killer" (Ankee Leung) and "Tuen Mun Rapist" (Chan Chi-Fai), Daniel invites the men to ravage the two women he has chained in the basement. He next sets his sights on Kwan Shi-han (Suki Kwan), the romance novelist next door; but first preys on her movie star friend, Icy (Yeung Fan). Desperate for a lead, the police consult a semi-reformed deviant known as "The Human Milk Drinking Doctor" (Anthony Wong), who used to prey on lactating women and now controls his sexual urges by working as a porno theatre projectionist.
