Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!

Ash Ketchum wakes up late one morning after accidentally breaking his alarm clock while sleeping. When he arrives at Professor Oak's laboratory, he learns that the usual starter Pokémon—Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander—have already been given to other trainers who arrived on time. However, Professor Oak offers Ash a different Pokémon, an Electric-type named Pikachu. Although Pikachu has a stubborn and unpredictable nature and refuses to stay inside a Poké Ball, Ash accepts Pikachu and begins his journey with the Pokémon.
