Quick Synopsis
Shih Erh, a disciple of Taoist monk Wu Men-Chu, offers shelter to a scholar named Tsui Hung-Chuen after Tsui accidentally burns down Shih Erh's house during a fight with a demon. Shih Erh and his master try to protect Tsui from the dangerous demons and spirits in the area. Meanwhile, Tsui meets a kind female ghost named Mo Chiu, who is trapped under the control of the evil King Ghost.
Detailed Synopsis of Picture of a Nymph
Shih Erh, a Taoist monk disciple, takes in a scholar named Tsui Hung-Chuen after he inadvertently burned down his house after battling a demon. Shih Erh and his master Wu Men-Chu house and attempt to protect Tsui from the demons and spirits that lurk nearby; however, Tsui encounters a benevolent female ghost named Mo Chiu, who is confined to the hands of the wicked King Ghost.
