Ocean Waves

At Kichijōji Station in Tokyo, Taku Morisaki notices a woman he recognizes standing on the opposite platform as he boards a train. Shortly after, as he leaves his apartment to catch a flight to Kōchi Prefecture, a photograph of the same woman falls from a shelf. He picks it up and studies it briefly before heading to the airport. While the plane takes off, Taku begins to reflect on the experiences and moments that led to this woman becoming a significant part of his life.
