During the aftermath of World War II, U.S. government agent T.R. Devlin enlists Alicia Huberman, the American daughter of a convicted German war criminal, to work as a spy aimed at bringing Nazi criminals to justice. Tasked with infiltrating the social circle of Alexander Sebastian, a Nazi fugitive living in Brazil, Alicia is instructed to gain his trust and affection. As Alicia and Devlin develop feelings for each other, Alicia's mission becomes more dangerous when Sebastian grows serious about their relationship, forcing Devlin to confront the risks as she becomes deeply involved in her undercover role.
