Nanase's father suddenly dies after taking a drug that induces a temporary death lasting two days. Following his death, Nanase is appointed president of his pharmaceutical company. As she takes on this new role, she works to stop her father's rivals from cremating his body too soon, before the drug's effects end and he has a chance to come back to life.

After Nanase's father drops dead due to a drug that causes temporal death for 2 days, she is named the president of his pharmaceutical company. Nanase endeavors to prevent her father's enemies from prematurely cremating his body before the drug can wear off and allow him to revive.
