My Daughter Is a Zombie

Jung-hwan, a tough but caring zookeeper who trains wild animals, struggles with his teenage daughter Soo-ah, who is absorbed in dance and typical adolescent challenges. Their relationship involves frequent arguments but also moments of closeness. However, their lives change dramatically when Soo-ah becomes infected by a global zombie virus. Refusing to abandon her, Jung-hwan takes Soo-ah to Eunbong-ri, a quiet seaside village where his mother Bam-soon lives, hoping for safety. Despite the widespread fear and efforts to eliminate the infected, Soo-ah exhibits unusual signs of awareness, such as responding to music, reacting to her grandmother's tapping with a back scratcher, and showing faint understanding of human speech. Determined to keep her safe, Jung-hwan uses his experience training dangerous animals to secretly work on taming and retraining his daughter, now a zombie, in this challenging new reality.
