This anthology drama features four short films that focus on Chinese families during four important historical periods: the revolution, the construction phase, the reform and opening up period, and the current new era. Each story highlights the challenges faced by different groups during these times and shows their determination, dedication to their beliefs, and efforts to pass on the national spirit to future generations.
