Matilda

Matilda Wormwood is a highly intelligent young girl whose talents go unrecognized by her neglectful parents, Harry and Zinnia. When she begins attending school, she finds support in a caring teacher and loyal classmates, but also faces a harsh and cruel headmistress who makes her life difficult. Growing increasingly frustrated with the unfair treatment from the adults around her, Matilda discovers she has a unique ability that she decides to use to stand up to those who mistreat her and regain control over her situation.
