Chang-wook, the CEO of a small tech company, is competing to secure a multi-billion dollar contract for a national electric vehicle charger project. His main rival is Gwang-woo, a former business partner who has gained an advantage by lobbying and using technology that Chang-wook originally developed. When Chang-wook uncovers Gwang-woo's secret ties to Minister Cho, the official responsible for awarding the contract, he decides to arrange a golf outing to try to influence the decision.
