Life or Something Like It

Lanie Kerrigan, a reporter, is assigned to write a lighthearted article about the outcome of a football game. During her assignment, she interviews a homeless man who claims to have psychic abilities. Instead of providing a simple story, he tells Lanie that her life lacks meaning and predicts that she will die in a few days. This unsettling encounter prompts Lanie to reevaluate her life and motivates her to make significant changes in an effort to alter her future.
