Komada – A Whisky Family

Kotaro travels to the Komada Distillery in Japan to work on a project about Japanese craft whisky. The distillery is managed by Rui, a young woman who recently inherited the family business. They are focused on recreating their famous whisky, Koma, which they had to discontinue production of several years earlier. Despite their efforts, they face significant challenges, including a lack of financial support and missing information needed to successfully bring back the original whisky.
